Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a curious, compassionate and collaborative Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our small team You will provide individual and/or group therapy to adults in a small group practice setting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain caseload of 8-25 individual clients
  • Offer assistance to individuals with a range of mental health diagnosis
  • Provide a variety of appropriate interventions depending on diagnosis
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies as necessary
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Provide occasional crisis management as necessary 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with a range of therapeutic interventions, including IFS
  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT preferred 
  • EMDR or other specialty training preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Skilled in clinical documentation and diagnosis
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
