Job Description:

*Prepare and handle a variety of healthy beverages.

*This position requires intense customer contact and excellent customer service skills.

*A positive attitude and a sharp presence are required at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

* Prepare cold drinks according to established procedures.

* Responsible for daily prepping of ingredients.

* Ensures quality control and consistency of all foods.

* Ensures inventory is rotated properly

* Responsible for running orders out to waiting guests.

* Responsible for washing dishes and equipment

* Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

* Maintain a well-stocked, well cleaned workspace so that guests are prepared for.

* Accurately handles cash and reconciles change due to customers

* Opens and/or closes the Juice Bar as scheduled

* Maintains cleanliness in every area of the store at all times

* Delivers quality customer service at all times

* Presents a positive attitude towards the job and guests.

* Ability to handle stress under pressure

* Ability to provide quality customer service

* Ability to learn and use restaurant equipment

* Ability to accurately exchange currency with the customers

* Ability to reconcile all cash and currency

* Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment

* Ability to learn and use company POS and ordering tablets

* Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail

* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Must take direction well

* Must obtain a Food Safety Handler Card

* Must be able to work some nights, weekends and holidays.

Learning:

*Cross-training in different areas.

*Consistently looking for areas of self-improvement.

Job Types:

Full-time only

Experience:

* NOT mandatory.
