RemX Staffng is now recruiting to hire for a Customer Service Representative. Contract to hire in Bolivar, OH. Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with support and assistance
  • Answering questions about products, pricing, services, and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing orders and entering into system
  • Maintain accurate records of customer acitivity and inquiries in CRM system
  • Monitor customer accounts for processing rturns, exchanges, credits, or demographic changes

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service experience preferrably in a manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
  • Team Player
