• 8:30-5 Monday-Thursdays, 8-4:30 every other Friday

What’s a typical day as a Patient Scheduling & Registration Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, procedures, diagnostic tests, and other related appointments.
• Entering all scheduling documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Registering patients, verifying insurance, and obtaining prior authorizations as needed.
• Arranging interpreter services for patients as needed.
• Providing department reception, patient check-in, and telephone coverage.
• Organizing and maintaining department records, manuals, and patient education materials.
• Analyzing patient records to determine if outside documents are needed and obtaining them as necessary.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
