Overview
Johanna beverage is currently seeking applicants to grow our Batching department.  Batching, Blending, Compounding experience is preferred.

Hiring for Multiple Positions:

• Day Shift:           6 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift:       2 PM – 10:30 PM
• Flexibility in shift starts will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17.50 - $20.50 an hour + Shift Differential where applicable

Responsibilities:
The Batchers are our “cooks”.  They blend raw ingredients based on established recipes.  Process the juice and send it to our fillers. These are very active positions, and do require physical conditioning as we are talking pounds/gallons not cups/ounces.
There is a lot of regulated paperwork and verifications in the process so the position requires a very good grasp of the English language: reading, writing and comprehension. Each product we make has their own specifications, attention to detail is a priority as we cannot mix ingredients for different products.

Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED
• Previous experience in blending dry/wet products following detailed recipes preferred.
• Individual is detail oriented and organized; able to set priorities and follow through.
• Individual is process oriented; able to focus and follow specific directions and procedures without deviation.
• Demonstrates good judgment, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Able to frequently lift/carry 40+ lbs.
