Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Kissimmee Motorsports, Kissimmee, FL

Our dealership offers a wide range of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft, along with top-notch maintenance and repair services. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding experiences to our clients.

Job Summary: As a Service Advisor at Kissimmee Motorsports, you will be the main point of contact for our service department's customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives excellent service from start to finish. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing service recommendations, preparing repair orders, and maintaining communication between the technicians and customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate service recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed repair orders and communicate necessary information to technicians.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicles.
  • Ensure that all services and repairs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for repairs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service transactions.
  • Promote additional services and products that may benefit the customer.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a service advisor role, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and service software.
  • Knowledge of powersports vehicles and their maintenance needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
