Job DescriptionJob Description

Construction Estimator shall provide detailed cost analysis of commercial building projects, including out of ground construction as well as interior fit outs.  Estimator will analyze drawings and associated bid documentation in order to prepare detailed and accurate takeoffs and construction cost estimates for projects.  Estimator shall have the ability to delivery quality work within tight deadlines.  Continued coordination and collection of information from buildings owners, architect, engineers and subcontractors will be expected.
