Job DescriptionJob Description- About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Banking Services department as a Clerical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing clerical functions, data entry, and providing general information responses to internal and external customers.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of customer or Bank data into designated mainframe or computer system Assist internal and external customers with general information responses
- Process documents or paperwork according to standardized instructions - Perform other duties as requested by management
- Education Qualification:
- GED required Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of procedures
- Ability to perform clerical functions with minimal use of judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Education
- Experience Preferred:1 or 2 years of work experience
