Property Owners Association Manager

FirstFour Staffing is assisting a top client in Baldwin County, AL with their need for a POA Manager.

The incumbent will manage working relationships with various teams across residential properties to coordinate and implement projects, overcome challenges, and provide quality service to homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide management and leadership to assigned properties.
• Maintain standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, and that expectations and contractual obligations are being met.
• Initiate contact with new residents.
• Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the properties.
• Ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time.
• Provide directions to various teams in the investigation and resolution of problems.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience in property operations, hospitality, or residential construction industries
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows
• Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Community Association Management (CAM) license a plus
