Mineral Angel is an online crystal shop with one of the largest crystal inventories in the country. We have over 20 years of experience in selling crystals and mineral specimens across social media platforms.
We are looking for an energetic and talented live-sale host to join our live-sale team on TikTok. The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and talking skill and is comfortable with engaging with customers online. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is changing the digital landscape by providing innovative ways to connect with audiences and drive sales. You'll be paid an hourly wage + a commission that is based on your sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong sales skills (previous experience in sales/retail preferred)
- Strong personal and communication skills, good expression
- Outgoing and talkative personality
- Multi-tasking and coordinating skill
- Good memorization, attentive to details
- TikTok/social media savvy (preferred)
- Knowledge in crystals and rocks (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Present and promote crystals through TikTok live streaming
- Engage with audience in a high-energy and personality-driven way. Use call to action and restate key messages to highlight features and selling points to accelerate sales.
- Answer customer's inquiries & follow-up post-live when needed.
This is an on-site position, commute to our studio in Cary, NC is required.
