Warehouse Shrinker Wrapper (1st Shift) Monday-Thursday half day on Fridays off on weekends

Location: Oak Ridge area

Position Type: Full-time

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thurs 7:00AM -12PM Friday)

We are committed to excellence, safety, and efficiency in our operations. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Shrinker Wrappers on the 1st shift.

As a Warehouse Shrinker Wrapper, you will be responsible for ensuring products are securely wrapped and prepared for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate shrink wrap machines to wrap pallets and individual items securely.
  • Inspect wrapped products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate shrink wrap machines or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs-75lbs).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
