Location:   Mettawa IL (Hybrid)
Duration:   06 Months Contract ( with possible extensions)

Job Description:
The Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist, reporting to the Associate Director of APS Operations, supports operations and manages projects to advance the A&R Field Teams.
 
Major Responsibilities:
Manage Access and Reimbursement demographic information for onboarding/offboarding.
Monitor and triage Escalation Tool tickets and tasks.
Generate reports in Excel and create PowerPoint presentations.
Support various projects and tasks as assigned by the APS Operations team.
 
Qualifications:
Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working within multiple systems.
Team-oriented and adaptable.
