Detailer/Bottom Painter

Looking for motivated individuals for a busy yacht management company. We offer a sign on bonus after 90 days, 401k, profit sharing plan and quarterly bonus incentive.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Remove fixtures and furniture as needed before painting
- Repair and touch up painted surfaces as necessary
- Compound, washing and waxing of high-end yachts

Skills:

- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong communication skills
