Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and motivated Fire extinguisher technician / Warehouse associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the service technicians and office by receiving shipments, pulling material, and storing/organizing inventory. Fire extinguishers will need to be serviced for stock, jobs, and walk in customers. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Fire extinguisher servicing is a plus but not required; on the job training is available. The warehouse is not temperature controlled, applicants need to be aware of Phoenix heat and hours of operation (7:30am-4:30pm).
Responsibilities 
  • Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
  • Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for upcoming jobs and/or projects
  • Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors 
  • Opening shop for the day and locking up at the end of the day
  • Keeping a consistent stock of extinguishers
  • Constant and clear communication with technicians and office regarding material/extinguisher availability 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
