Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, this role will support the  QA operations, working closely with the LIMS Manager, the Division's Information Technology (IT) team, and all laboratory units. The QA Specialist will interact with the IT team to monitor operations' efficiency in system implementation, software configuration, and maintenance.

**This is a Onsite role**

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the LIMS Manager and IT team to ensure optimal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of LIMS and related software.
  • Interpret and evaluate administrative and business policies for LIMS functionality implementation.
  • Provide instruction and support for relevant technical and administrative procedures to laboratory staff.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and monitor the completion of assignments related to LIMS implementation.
  • Independently manage project timelines and work schedules for LIMS solutions.
Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience.
  • IT knowledge related to the operations and testing requirements of a clinical laboratory.
  • Experience with IT best practices and methodologies to ensure optimal systems performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing, scheduling, and completing assignments independently.
Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of technical operations and policy development associated with LIMS.
  • Experience in validation and quality monitoring aspects of LIMS.
  • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation interfaces to LIMS.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Tools (SSRS), and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in optimizing SQL queries and analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of HL7 standards.
