As a leading boat dealership, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Boat Salesman to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Boat Salesman with a natural talent for seeking out customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boating, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. If you are outgoing, customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment, we want you on our team
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to understand their boating needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and guide customers through the boat selection and purchasing process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist on sea trials to showcase the features and benefits of our boats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about new boat models, features, and industry trends.
- Complete sales transactions, including necessary paperwork, accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine or automotive industry.
- Knowledge and passion for boating and watercraft.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to seek out and engage customers.
- Ability to work weekends and boat shows as needed.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and internet sales abilities
- Bilingual
