Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a qualified Production Associate to join our client’s team in Fife, WA. In this position, you will assist in the production of AC vents for commercial roofing projects and use a variety of tools and equipment such as a heat welder to bond the rubber components to create insulated flashings. This is a temp-to-hire position with room to grow

 

Compensation: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm, OT as needed

Location: Fife, WA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of light plastic and metal parts together in various ways:

    • Fold pieces of plastic to create a seam and use an ultrasonic welder to bond them

    • Use a heat gun to bond two separate plastic parts together

    • Connect a sleeve to a metal cone by using a handheld electric screwdriver

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs

  • Be able to pass a drug screen and background check

  • Be able to commute to work on time consistently

  • Have good attention to detail

  • Be able to use hand tools
