We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with center staff to implement an efficient enrollment process, ensuring full occupancy of our center. This role involves building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, towns, businesses, and families to minimize vacancies and maximize referrals. The Enrollment Specialist will assist families with the completion of necessary forms, determine tuition fees, and refer eligible families to local social service agencies. Spanish speaking is preferred to cater to a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the enrollment of children into the center in accordance with guidelines and policies.

· Maintain confidentiality of family records and manage a waiting list of interested children.

· Build and maintain relationships with local resources and maintain contact with social service agencies.

· Coordinate marketing and community outreach efforts and manage reporting as required by the Center Director.

· Follow all center policies and state regulations and maintain a personal professional development plan for continuous improvement.

· Exceed expectations in delivering customer acquisition and retention, enrolling families, conducting campus tours, and maintaining consistent contact with interested families.

· Partner with Center Directors to create and implement plans that result in increased enrollment and assist parents in completing enrollment packets efficiently.

· Attend mandatory meetings and training, pursue professional development opportunities, and complete required background checks and health documentation.

Qualifications:

· Efficient time management skills with proficient writing and interpersonal abilities.

· Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Applications.

· Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and be active for long periods.

· Strong understanding of program and operation information with a proactive approach to customer contact and response.

· Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to enhance communication with Spanish-speaking families and communities.
