Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking skilled 5-axis CNC Setup Machinists for our Milling Department. The preferred candidate should be able to setup jobs on various machines. Fanuc / Siemens control - HAAS & DMG

We are immediately hiring candidates with 5axis setup capabilities -1st shift

 

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

The following is a list of capabilities required for the position:

  • Setup: 10+ years of experience, 5+ years minimum
  • Troubleshooting Capabilities Required
  • Technical Training Preferred
  • High-Understanding of GD&T & Metrology Equipment
  • History of working with Haas and DMG Mori machines
  • Understand how to calculate Feeds & Speeds based on cutter/material
  • Experience working with Inconel, Titanium, Steels, Aluminums
  • Able to work Overtime, either weekdays and/or weekends
