We are seeking a motivated and licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a 240 Health License or a 215 Health Life and Annuities License. This role requires a self-starter with a proactive attitude who is also a team player. You will be responsible for offering insurance solutions, handling client inquiries, and adapting to the evolving needs of our business. This is a full time position with changing hours during the Annual Enrollment period of October 15th- December 7th. Our normal office hours are 9a-4p Monday through Thursday and Friday’s 9a-2p.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and insurance solutions to clients.

  • Handle client inquiries and offer personalized insurance products.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.

  • Adapt to changing circumstances in a growing business environment.

  • Utilize various computer systems (Mac and PC) efficiently to manage client information and process applications.

  • Perform a significant portion of job responsibilities using computer technology.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid 240 Health License or 215 Health Life and Annuities License.

  • Proven experience as an insurance agent or relevant position.

  • Proficient with Mac and PC systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Adaptable and flexible towards clients and work environment.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good attitude and positive outlook towards work and colleagues.

  • Strong technology proficiency is a must, as much of the job involves working with computer systems.

  • Prior experience with Medicare is preferred but not required.
