Client Service Associate

For over 10 years, this wealth management firm has been servicing High Net Worth clients with a comprehensive long-term approach to meet immediate needs while taking a long view to wealth creation, retirement planning, college expenses, estate planning and all the other financial milestones life presents. We are looking for a Client Service Associate with at least 1-2 years of experience supporting a financial advisor. Our client is a growing financial services firm that is seeking to add a Client Service Associate to their team Experience with Schwab is a plus.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working in the financial industry and wants to contribute to the growth of their business, long-term.
Specific Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Client Service Associates help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care.
- Account administration, opening and closing as well as maintenance.
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation, processing money movement transactions as an example.
- Maintain proper notes in CRM system.
- Coordinate and follow up on each client request.
- Educate clients on account services & capabilities.
- Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts.
- The Client Service Associate assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm.
Minimum Requirements:
- Financial Industry experience preferred, at least 1-2 years.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
This position requires that you possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive Management Style and consistent follow-through.
*** This position is a full time, in office position at the firm's San Fernando Valley location. The position requires a candidate with good credit.
