Due to growth, Shark Trucking is currently seeking an experienced manager for our recruiting department. You will be responsible managing a small team of recruiters and personally recruiting drivers. Interviewing applicants as well processing applications and owning selection of candidates. Also over see Phase 1 of onboarding process.

 

  • Providing Coaching on best practices for recruiters.
  • Driver Coaching for best practices to promote retention.
  • Driver evaluations.
  • Responsible for actively managing driver recruiting and retention efforts.
  • Must have trucking experience.
  • Must have management experience.
