Are you interested in working in a dynamic environment with a team approach to patient-focused care? If you are, Andros ENT & Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights is seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Assistant to our team.

Medical Assistants are responsible for assisting our clinicians to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care to individuals and families in our surrounding communities. Some of the duties performed by our Medical Assistants include scribe, patient flow, taking vitals and assisting with procedures and documentation.

We are seeking an individual with good interpersonal and communication skills, who understands the importance of providing quality customer service, and has the willingness to be flexible with duties in order to meet the needs of the patients and clinic. Ideal candidates would be medical assistants and/or college graduates applying to medical school or PA school in their gap year or someone interested in entering the medical field in other capacities.

A candidate from a recognized Medical Assistant program, with experience in electronic health records, pre-medical student or dental students are preferred for easy training purposes but not required. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, preferably knowledge of medical terminology.  Knowledge of general office equipment and general medical equipment used in diagnostic and treatment of patients in outpatient primary care settings is a plus.
