MUST HAVE:

  • Proven experience as a Cold-Caller, Telemarketer or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic knowledge of inside sales techniques.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases using a designated Sales Script.
  • Collect and record relevant information during calls for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Utilize scripts and talking points to effectively convey key information.
  • Provide regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments for interested individuals to meet with our company representative to lower their rates for merchant processing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
