Requirements:

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience (compensation DOE)
  • Well rounded understanding of residential construction
  • Proficient in rough construction and trim carpentry
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings, work independently, and think critically
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must have basic hand tools, drill, skill saw, etc.

Duties:

  • Interior casework and millwork
  • Cabinetry installation
  • Exterior trim and siding
  • Window and door installation
  • Rough construction, framing, decks
  • Growth opportunities as foreman/superintendent exist for the right candidate
