This position is for a high level working foreman. Someone who is detail oriented, a team player, who can communicate effectively, as well as provide an exceptional paint job to our customers. We are looking to grow our team with competent well established foremen. SEEKING LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT.

Daily duties consist of; working with and managing a crew of 2-10 painters to complete the project according to the scope of work and budget. Managing crew painters and looking ahead to keep work in front of crew. Resolving issues as they arise in regards to methods, crew and coordination. Update project manager on issues and job status effectively on a daily basis, filling out daily logs, assuring you have all materials for the next couple days.

We are looking for a foreman with knowledge in regards to paint products, proper application methods, and production methods. 10 years experience in all facets of paint. Someone who is pro-active who thinks how you can do it safer, better and faster, is what we are looking for. This is a working Foreman position, but we want someone who is a thinker and can solve problems.

Must have a reliable vehicle, smart phone and personal hand tools. English is a must. Legal to work in USA.

We have commercial projects and high end residential projects on contract through the end of the year, and want to bring a good fit onto our team.
