We are looking for experienced Transportation Recruiter/ Safety to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective drivers who have expressed interest in driving for our company

- Process background checks, Motor Vehicle Reports, and other reports necessary to ensure applicants comply with Reisinger hiring standards

- Coordinate and schedule new hires for orientation

- Provide support to drivers on their day to day questions

- Take part in the driver’s evaluation process.

Requirements:

- 1 year experience Preferred

- Excellent communications skills

- Out-going personality

- Detail-oriented, well organized & able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

- Fluent in English

- Other languages are preferred
