Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Country Oaks Veterinary Hospital is looking to fill a Part Time veterinary assistant/receptionist position. Must have minimum 1 year veterinary experience. This position is Part Time, approx 23-30hrs per week. Mon-Thurs, on call Fridays. 

 The primary responsibility of the veterinary technician is to work closely with our veterinarians to provide the highest quality medical care, while giving our clients an exceptional care experience.

Receptionist duties include, but not limited to: answer phones, book appointments, pharmacy and general cleaning

Here are just a few of the key tasks that you will be contributing to together with the rest of our team:

• Checking in Clients
• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients
• Blood draws, nail trims, vaccines
• Answer phones and book appointments

Job Requirements

1+ years veterinary technician experience (certification/licensure preferred, but not required).
