AMEC is looking for an Electrical Foremen to help lead and manage our electrical projects throughout New Jersey.

Candidates should have the ability to...

  • Plan work schedules
  • Organize paperwork
  • Communicate well with customers, sub-contractors and fellow workers
  • Read and interpret project drawings
  • Forecast and order job material
  • Provide strong leadership.
  • Oversee and enforce job safety.
  • Put on the tool belt and work.

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in commercial/industrial electrical installations. New construction and renovations.
  • NJ Jouneymans Electrical License 
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certified
  • Certified or a strong understanding of NFPA70E
  • A solid understanding of NEC electrical code, industry standards & construction safety requirements.  
  • Experience and proficient with many electrical systems including LV controls, network cabling systems ands fire & security systems.
