Job DescriptionJob Description

Ethos Electrical is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman with a proven track record in managing electrical projects ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in print reading, comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), proficiency in underground and overhead conduit layout, and adeptness in utilizing computer software, including but not limited to Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage electrical projects within the specified budget range, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately to oversee the installation process effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in underground and overhead conduit layout, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including superiors and subordinates, fostering a positive working environment conducive to productivity and professionalism.
  • When necessary, actively engage in hands-on work, demonstrating versatility and leadership by example.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in overseeing electrical projects ranging from $300,000 to $1,000,000.
  • In-depth understanding of print reading and interpretation, with the ability to translate technical specifications into actionable tasks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer software such as Excel, Word, and other relevant applications to facilitate project management tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to provide three professional references, showcasing past performance, certifications, and licenses held in the electrical field.
  • Flexibility and readiness to don a tool belt as required to support project needs.
