Night shift ICU RN - $10k Sign on Bonus

MLee Healthcare is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join a community hospital consistently voted top 100 hospitals in the nation Fantastic benefits package offered in addition to a healthy and inclusive work culture. The ICU RN will provide specialized care for critical patients as well as focus on patient treatment and recovery.

ICU RN Schedule: Nights, 7p-7a, every 3rd weekend rotation, stackable shift differentials offered

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in performing special procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care
  • Identify potential patient problems and take appropriate measures to intervene
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in critical care nursing techniques
  • Monitor and safeguard patient quality of care
  • Ensure complete and accurate patient records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Valid Ohio RN Licensure
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS within 6 months of hire
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
