Shipping Associate

Duties:

-Must be Bilingual

· Plans warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.

· Maintain warehouse by keeping things neat and organized.

· Assists in physical inventory/ cycle count programs including inventory valuation and obsolescence reviews.

· Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.

· Assures all standard packing instructions are followed.

· Coordinates workflow of picked orders with other departments

· Assures inventory is properly preserved.

· Track and manage supplies.

· Working with carriers to ensure all customer orders are picked up daily and delivered

· Directs the flow of' packages from preparation to shipment Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders

· Resolve issues regarding shipped orders

· Operates all material handling machines, including forklift trucks

· Ensure accuracy of item description and counts for all incoming material

· Ensure ISO: 9001:2015 goals and compliance are met
