Position Overview
ProLift Garage Doors seeks a Lead Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs along with small business operational support. Annual Salary potential $50K-$70K, with top technicians earning much more. If you have prior experience working to repair or install garage doors/motors, please apply.
Responsibilities
- Repair various types of garage doors and openers
- Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
- Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
- Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock
- Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share
- Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required
- Operational or inventory management experience preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
