Position Summary:

Are you a go-getter with a knack for connecting with people? Join our team at Premier Energy Group as a Field Canvasser, where you’ll play a vital role in generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Your mission: cover an assigned territory each shift and introduce our product/solution offerings and gather their information for solar consultations.

Come work in a very flexible environment where you can build this around your own schedule; we will give you the hours and days that we believe work best and provide you with appropriate scripts to set you up for success.

Job specifics:

  • Contract (1099), commission only with a robust bonus program.

  • OTE (On target earnings) for 7 set appointments per week would be $1050

  • Bonus payouts weekly and commissions after installation

  • We will provide you with suggested days and hours that are most successful

  • Make your own schedule, lots of flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships door-to-door to promote Premier Energy Group products.

  • Cover your assigned territory during scheduled shifts.

  • Gather customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.

  • Report daily results to field management.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

  • Work outside in varying climates and temperatures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to work outside in varying climates.

  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.

  • Self-driven and accountable, with a focus on accomplishing goals.

  • Provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels, keeping peer and customer needs first.

Travel Requirements:

  • Local travel required.

  • Occasional out-of-town travel required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform work outside in varying temperatures and climates.

  • A lot of walking.

  • May have to carry backpack with materials.
