We are seeking Remote Family Law Attorneys to become a part of our team The Firm will also consider Entry-Level Associate Attorneys with an interest in Family Law matters.

A Law Firm in Bergen County near Lodi, NJ seeks to hire enthusiastic Attorneys with experience to assist clients with divorces, domestic violence, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, parental rights and custody. Must have experience handling New Jersey court of appeals.

  • Working directly with clients
  • Researching and writing to prepare for your trials
  • Going to trial on behalf of your clients
  • Always working for the greater good of your clients

The firm offers a higher salary than most, excellent benefits and a compensation package. Please do not apply if your do not have family law experience in NJ courts.

The Firm will also consider Entry-Level Associate Attorneys: To qualify for this position, must have served as a judicial intern for the Family Division and the firm will train you under the supervision of an experienced Attorney.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  • Entry-Level Associates will be trained

​​Qualifications for Mid-Level Family Law Attorneys:

  • Juris Doctorate and admitted to practice law in New Jersey required
  • 2+ years of experience practicing Family/Divorce/Matrimonial Law at a law practice in New Jersey
  • 2+ years of excellent writing, research, and courtroom skills required
  • Must be a team player with outstanding work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Very Compassionate, empathic, and good listener
  • Treat Clients with the utmost respect
  • Work to build trust and a relationship with clients
