This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sports and sales to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

● Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their interests and preferences.

● Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect sports collectibles.

● Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and meet sales targets.

● Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

● Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Stay informed about current sports trends, new product releases, and industry developments.

Requirements

The most successful people in this role will have:

● 6+ months of previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment

● In depth knowledge of major sports players, teams, and leagues

● Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts and lift/carry up to 30 pounds

● Knowledge and experience collecting sports cards

● Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays

● Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and ability to adapt as needs within the store change
