Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about patient care and is looking to advance their career. We are looking for someone who is not only clinically proficient but also eager to be involved in the business side of the practice, contributing to its operations, growth, and success. The ideal candidate will be committed to eventually becoming a stakeholder or partner in our practice, taking on greater responsibilities as they grow with us.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop customized treatment plans.

  • Provide a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and emergency care.

  • Educate and advise patients on oral hygiene, dental care, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal long-term outcomes.

  • Actively participate in day-to-day practice operations, including patient management, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.

  • Collaborate with a team of dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.

  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology, procedures, and best practices by attending continuing education courses, seminars, and workshops.

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through active involvement in marketing efforts, community outreach, and patient retention strategies.

  • Assist in optimizing practice performance by providing input on process improvements, enhancing patient care protocols, and participating in team meetings.

 

Qualifications:

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

- Valid state dental license and certifications.

- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry with experience in restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures; experience with advanced procedures is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approach.

- A desire to be actively involved in practice operations and business development.

- Commitment to continuous learning, growth, and professional development.
