Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient medication therapies, providing interventions when necessary
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medication histories
  • Participate in hospital rounds, contributing to patient care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Shift:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Clear and active license in the state of Oregon
  • 2 years experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
  • Acute care hospital setting experiences preferred.
