HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Receptionist to fill an opening in Glendale, Arizona.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Receptionist:
  • 7 providers (3 physicians, 3 NPs, 1 PA ) - needs someone with heavy back office experience, not just doing vitals, checking meds and prepping for doctor
  • Greeting patients, check in and check out, answering phones, scheduling appts, confirming appts, referrals, prior auths
  • Insurance verification/benefits is a non-negotiable
  • They will be cross trained in Medical Records
  • Monday – Friday 8am -5pm.
     
Required Qualifications for Medical Receptionist:
  • 2+ years of Medical Receptionist experience (needs someone with alot of insurance verification/benefits exp)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Need to have ability to float to Glendale and Gilbert locations as well

Preferred Qualifications for Medical Receptionist:
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist
  • National Medical Receptionist Certification or Registration

Pay Details: $18/hour - $22/hour
