At Holistic Integration, we practice Structure/Function Healthcare, bringing our patient's body back into homeostasis. Nutrition is a key component of this process, especially regarding the patient's long-term health. We have no interest in creating dependent patients. Our job is to provide services, tools, and education so that they can reverse their biological aging process and stay active and healthy. We see a wide range of conditions from kidney disease, hormone imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, obesity, heart disease, structural & muscular pain, ADHD, and much more. The Nutritionist in this position should be compassionate, have the desire to create individualized nutrition protocols, be willing to grow, and have a wealth of knowledge of functional nutrition practices.

Main Job Responsibilities -

• Develop and effectively communicate nutritional programs for patients
• Develop a personalized plan of care and communicate with the case manager
• Follow up with patients and track results
• Assist with social media
• Communicate with other providers to provide a well-rounded approach to the patient's health
• Recommend Diagnostics needed to get to the root cause of the patient's health
• Utilize all Diagnostics in the patient's care plan

Other Notes -

• Diagnostics is a large part of our practice, from bloodwork, GI stool kits, mineral testing, heavy metal testing, food sensitivity, genetic testing, and much more.
• You will be working with a full team of MDs, PAs, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractic, and Functional Health Coaches.
• We offer a wide range of services, including Acupuncture, Primary Healthcare, Chiropractic, IV Therapy, a wide array of Supplementation, Shortwave Diathermy, Infrared Sauna, Exercise Programs, and more.
