$18/hr with Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

CLAIMS PROCESSOR

  • Coordinate and support the processing and handling of claims
  • Act as a liaison between claimants, vendors, agents and dealerships
  • Interpret warranty and service contracts, coverage and claim resolutions/issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners including agents, dealerships, accounts and sales team
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
  • Experience with Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) is a PLUS​​​​​​

AUTOMOTIVE experience is a PLUS

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of warranty, claims, call center and customer service experience
  • Must have experience with Word and Excel
  • High School Diploma / GED
