Window Installation & Service Technician

MRD is a full-service building products supplier committed to delivering unmatched customer service, industry-respected millwork and the best building products available. We are looking for a window installation and service technician with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in carpentry and experience installing both replacement and new construction windows, patio doors, and man doors.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proven expertise in the installation of windows and doors, backed by substantial field experience.
  • Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
  • Professionalism in demeanor and presentation at all times, including maintaining a great relationship with homeowner customers while resolving any installation process or service issues.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers and contractor customers.
  • Must possess basic carpentry skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40 pounds as well as climb ladders, stairs, kneel, and otherwise navigate job sites.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $24-26 per hour, based on experience and performance
