Experience:
4+ years of call center / customer service
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the financial services sector.
Strong analytical skills for researching and documenting complaints.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for de-escalating situations over the phone.
Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable with a hybrid work model, alternating between office and remote work after training.
