*Position Overview*:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. This role is perfect for a high-energy individual who loves motivating others and creating a positive and empowering atmosphere in every class. If you are dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive community, we want to hear from you

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Lead Group Fitness Classes*: Conduct a variety of group fitness classes, such as HIIT, and strength training, tailored to different fitness levels and preferences.

- *Motivate and Inspire*: Create an encouraging and inclusive environment where all participants feel welcomed and motivated to push their limits and achieve their personal fitness goals.

- *Personalize Workouts*: Offer modifications and variations to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, ensuring everyone has a safe and effective workout experience.

- *Foster Community*: Build strong relationships with class participants, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the gym.

- *Stay Current*: Continuously update your knowledge of fitness trends and techniques to provide the best possible instruction and guidance.

- *Promote Health and Safety*: Ensure the safety of all participants by following best practices and maintaining a clean and organized workout space.

*Qualifications*:

- *Certification*: Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent) is required.

- *Experience*: Previous experience teaching group fitness classes is preferred.

- *Passion for Fitness*: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness with a positive and energetic attitude.

- *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with class participants.

- *Flexibility*: Ability to teach classes at various times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
