Nature & Scope:

  • Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

  • Detail oriented.
  • Must have quick hands.
  • Ability to apply judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.

Experience:

  • Prior machine operator experience preferred but not mandatory.

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Manufacturing environment with forklift traffic.
  • PPE required, steel toed safety shoes, safety glasses with side shields, and gloves.
  • Requires standing (up to 90%), walking (up to 10%), stooping or bending, reaching, twisting and turning.
  • Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 40 lbs.
  • Hand Eye Coordination, handling tools and other objects (holding, grasping), repetitive wrist motion (flexion/rotation), and repetitive foot movements (Foot Pedals).
