We are in search of an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our esteemed leadership team. This pivotal role will drive our financial strategy, ensuring prudent fiscal management, and guiding overall financial performance in line with our mission of empowering entrepreneurs. Additionally, you will provide financial mentoring and support to select founders whom we invest in. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support Founder Centered's growth objectives and long-term vision.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and reporting.
  • Work with other founders we have invested in alongside their CFOs on financial.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and Board of Directors, contributing to decision-making processes and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Evaluate and optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior finance roles, preferably within high-growth startups or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial governance and compliance.
