Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medicare Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at sales and are looking to boost their career with substantial earning potential, including a base rate plus commission. This is a year-round position not just AEP. You will not be expected to dial out but rather you will be fielding inbound calls from people who need help with their Medicare benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from people who need assistance understanding and enrolling into Medicare Advantage plans.
- Utilize various systems to manage and track client interactions and sales.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our Medicare plans and assist them in choosing the best options for their needs.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and offerings.
- Be coachable, have integrity and be accountable
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid 02-40 or 02-15 license & AHIP
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Be empathetic and understand how to work with older people
