- Manage the day-to-day operations of the community including customer service, resident relations, vendor relations, rent collections, and report to VP of Operations
- Manage lease ups and evictions
- Manage Home Inspection program
- Manage Service work orders
- Direct maintenance staff as necessary
- Utilize company rent management software
- Maintain the physical appearance and infrastructure of the community in accordance with Ignite company standards.
- Comply with local regulations.
- Host Resident events and activities to create strong resident relations
- Accurate reporting of occupancy, sales, etc.
- Enforce rules and policy for residents and team members.
- Other Duties as assigned by senior management
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in property management
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
