Hair Stylist at Blo Charlotte

Compensation: $10-$15 per hour (plus tips and commissions)

· You’ll perfect your blow out/finishing skills by learning Blo’s signature techniques, plus braids and up-dos

· You can learn new skills such as bonded hair extensions (we’ll pay for your certification) and also work as a professional makeup artist.

· We are busy with members, other regulars and new customers - so you don’t need to find your own clients

· We work with amazing brand partners such as UNITE, Color Wow, Olaplex and Bare Minerals

· Your work can be featured on international social media channels

· Opportunities to grow your portfolio and participate in photo shoots, fashion shows and other events

Responsibilities:

· Perform beautiful blow outs, makeup and bridal services, braids & up-dos, and hair extension services.

· Deliver exceptional customer service

· Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups

· Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities

· Work collaboratively and support your teammates

· Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace

Requirements:

· An up-to-date cosmetology /esthetician license for North Carolina.

· The ability to work weekends, work in salon and at wedding sites.

· A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
