Tow Driver

Location: Conway, Arkansas

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking experienced Tow Truck Drivers, both with CDL and Non-CDL licenses, to join our team in Conway, AR. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in towing and driving, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. This position requires flexibility, as it involves being on call 2-3 times a week, including weekends.

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists, including tire changes, jump-starts, and lockouts.
- Load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks with care and precision.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating tow trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure proper functionality.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid CDL or Non-CDL driver's license, depending on the position applied for.
- Proven experience in towing and driving, with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work on call 2-3 times a week, including weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Schedule and Compensation:**
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- On-call rotation: 2-3 times a week, including weekends.
- Hourly wage: $25-30/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
